These terms govern the Ace Fade Society app, appointments, loyalty programme and shop. By creating an account or confirming a booking or order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Your non-waivable rights under South African law remain unaffected.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
Appointments and services
Appointment times are reserved subject to staff availability. Please arrive on time and disclose relevant service preferences before work begins. Any additional service or product must be shown to you and approved before it is added to the bill. Booking cancellation and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Orders and payments
Prices are in South African rand and are verified by our server when an order is confirmed. Online card payments are processed by Yoco. “Pay in store” orders remain unpaid and do not earn points until a staff member verifies successful payment. Stock, loyalty and receipt records are finalised from the verified payment record. We may correct obvious pricing errors before payment and will give you the choice to accept the corrected price or cancel.
Products and fulfilment
Product availability may change. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays are outside our reasonable control. Risk and return rights are governed by applicable law and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Personal-care or hygiene goods may have return restrictions once opened where the law permits.
Loyalty programme
Loyalty points have no cash value, are awarded only after verified eligible payment and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks or error correction. Rewards, tiers and expiry rules shown in the app apply when a transaction occurs. We will give reasonable notice of material programme changes where practical.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit harmful content, impersonate another person or use another customer’s or staff member’s information.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app accurate and available but maintenance and third-party outages can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
